Our collar, leash, and harness are all made from an athletic material very similar to your favorite leggings, which means they require the same care: place in laundry bag, machine wash delicate, then air dry.

When we say our products are colorfast, it means that the fabric isn’t going to fade or run.

Lola Pearl products are designed to be sleek and lightweight, but still strong. That said, we don’t recommend them for chewing dogs (they can sink their teeth into just about anything).

Yes. Due to the compostable nature of the corn starch blend, they will begin to break down after an extended period of time. The recommended use-by date is listed on the box.

Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

No, we’ve designed the theme to be as intuitive to use as possible and we have also provided step-by-step instructions inside our theme description.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states for orders over $150. Orders less than $150, as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii, will have their shipping fee calculated at checkout.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unworn, undamaged and unaltered with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy at the customer’s expense.

In order to maintain competitive pricing as a small business, we do not offer free returns at this time unless the item is incorrect or defective. Please visit our Return Portal to begin the return process, where you will receive a prepaid shipping label calculated based on the package weight and shipping speed.

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can use our Return Portal to generate a free return label for any purchases made on our website, and then place a new order whenever you’re ready. Please reach out to help@lolapearl.com if you need any more help.

We have a 60-day guarantee for defective products, resulting from manufacturing defects (this does not include issues related to wear and tear or chewing). Please contact us within 60 days of purchase at help@lolapearl.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
